TIESSENCE ARQUEIA (Miss Tee, as she is affectionately known by her students) has been dancing since the age of 4. Her mother put her in dance to help combat her shy nature.
Miss Tee was groomed by New York Dancer/Choreographer Mrs. Lisa Minetti in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, lyrical and Broadway up until 16 years old, when she then became a student of Dance Fusion Dance studio. She has also studied at Broadway Dance Center (New York, NY) and has participated in workshops hosted by Tony Award Winner Savion Glover.
Throughout her teenage/early adult years, Miss Tee has won gold medals competing nationally in jazz, tap, and Broadway. Although tap is her most loved genre of dance, she has developed a new-found love for modern dance in her adult years and is currently training at Diverse Element Dance Company under Artistic Director Shawna Hall-Bowden.

Tee’s current projects include a Summer Dance Pilot for beginners, Co-directing with her best friend Tuere Allwood. It is her hope to share her passion for dance through this new endeavor and for years to come.
